Fort Mill hires new Town Manager

The Town of Fort Mill has announced its new manager. Effective July 15th, Cary Vargo will take the role. He has extensive experience in Town operations, having served a combined 12 years as a Township Manager for the towns of Thornbury and Upper Uwchlan in Pennsylvania. His last job prior to accepting the Fort Mill Town Manager position was in the private sector as Chief Executive Officer of ARRO Consulting, Inc. In a statement by the Town and Mayor Guynn Savage, she says that “Cary’s strength is in his leadership and drive and they look forward to working with him to preserve the unique character of community and to manage the challenges of growth
