Noreen Brake-Ruff

Noreen Ruff is the Officer Manager for WRHI and Interstate 107 and has been at the station since 1995. Noreen’s ambition provided her the opportunity to explore every aspect of Radio broadcasting. Beginning as the receptionist, she delved into news, programming, board operating, training, promotions, public relations, station tours, accounting and traffic.

Originally from New Jersey, Noreen resides in Rock Hill with her husband, Gregory Ruff, and their four children: De’juan-Gregory, Jaquana, Gregory-De’quan and Shekinah. The transition from the North to the South was quite easy for her. She attributes the beginning to her morals, values and integrity of her mother, a Rock Hill native.

Noreen is also a licensed and ordained Evangelist in the State of South Carolina. She attends Christ Deliverance Church in Rock Hill, S.C. She is the Director of the Rock Hill Concert Choir and a member of the Student Improvement Council for Oakdale Elementary in Rock Hill.

Noreen enjoys reading, public speaking, writing and praise dancing. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
