ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NOW) – A GoFundMe has been set up for the Fort Mill teen who drowned in Lake Wylie this week. The South Carolina Department of Transportation is responding tonight after grapefruit-sized debris fell from the I-77 overpass onto Celanese Road in Rock Hill.
