Deputies Investigating Apparent Murder-Suicide in Lake Wylie

LAKE WYLIE, S.C. — The York County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the deaths of two individuals found in Lake Wylie on Sunday night in what authorities are describing as a possible murder-suicide.

According to a report by WSOC-TV, deputies responded to a home in the 300 block of Blucher Circle just before 9 p.m. on Sunday. The location is near the popular Papa Doc’s Shore Club.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered two deceased individuals. Details regarding the identities of the deceased or the specific circumstances leading to the incident have not yet been released.

Officials have stated that there is currently no danger to the public. The investigation is ongoing.
