Teen shot in Rock Hill Friday, victim has now been identified

A Rock Hill teen was killed in a shooting on Friday night. Rock Hill police began a homicide investigation Friday night after a 17 year old was killed on Finley road after 10pm. Police found the victim, ZyDerec Massey of Rock Hill, at the 700 block of Finley road suffering a gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Authorities believe he was shot while driving his car when a suspect fired at him. Per our news partners at Channel 9, neighbors said a party was happening at the same time. No other details have been made available.
