Three men being charged for a home invasion robbery that happened in Rock Hill

Two men from Charlotte and another from Texas are being charged in a home invasion robbery that happened in Rock Hill. They threatened to kill the victim if they called police. According to York County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Herald, the suspects, Axel Johan Medoza, 23, Antonio Ramos Ardon, 19 both of Charlotte, and Marco Fernando Maradiaga of Houston are sitting in the York County jail without bail. Back in March, the three men wore ski masks and stole ten thousand dollars cash at a house off Trexler Lane. They also allegedly pistol whipped the victim who later needed stiches from his injuries. While the relationship of the individuals is not known, video surveillance shows one of the suspects feeding the victims dogs and even before that the dogs did not attack or bark at the men. The men spoke in a spanish and honduran according to the victim who was spanish himself. They were arrested by Charlotte Mecklenburg officers where they were then extradited back to York County. The charges include kidnapping, armed robbery, and burglary.
