Rock Hill police respond to a robbery on Thursday

Rock Hill Police responded yesterday to 1710 Heckle Blvd, Bank of America, for a robbery of a person. Officers arrived on scene meeting with the victim who stated she was leaving the bank after making a withdrawal. The victim stated as she was walking to her vehicle, a black male wearing a black mask, grey top, and black pants approached. The male assaulted the victim before taking her money. The male got into a white Dodge Charger, driven by an accomplice, to flee the scene. The Charger had a hood scoop, black spoiler, black rims, and a license plate cover. The Charger was last seen traveling North on I-77. The Rock Hill Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is continuing the investigation.
