The South Carolina High School Baseball Coaches Association (SCHSBCA) has released its 2025 preseason rankings, and the Fort Mill School District has a lot to celebrate. All three high schools in the district—Catawba Ridge, Fort Mill, and Nation Ford—secured spots in the top 10 for Class AAAAA Division 2. Joining them is Indian Land High School from neighboring Lancaster County, making the region a powerhouse in high school baseball this year.

Catawba Ridge leads the charge for the Fort Mill district, ranked at No. 2, just behind top-ranked T.L. Hanna. Fort Mill High School follows closely at No. 3, highlighting its tradition of strong baseball programs. Nation Ford rounds out the district’s representation, securing the No. 9 spot in the rankings.

Indian Land, tied for the No. 10 spot with St. James, completes the impressive showing for teams in the region. This recognition reflects the strength of high school baseball in both Fort Mill and Lancaster counties and sets high expectations for the upcoming season.
