The victims fatally shot Wednesday night in Rock Hill have been identified.
The victims in the shooting from late Wednesday night in Rock Hill have been identified. The incident happened at Budiman’s Smokeshop and Art Gallery on Cherry Road. Two people were killed and another was hurt after a man opened fire at the smoke shop leading police on a chase. The two deceased have been ID’ed as Celci Johnson, 27 years old who was an employee and the other was a customer, 49 year old Emad Thabet Saadalla. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. The shooter, Zachary East Elias was taken in over night after a crash near the Highway 21 bridge. he is currently in the Rock Hill jail and charged with 2 counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a crime of violence.
