Amazon’s “Thank My Driver” Program: Show Your Appreciation

Amazon’s “Thank My Driver” program offers customers a simple way to express gratitude to their delivery drivers. By using an Alexa-enabled device or app, customers can say, “Alexa, thank my driver,” or search “thank my driver” on the Amazon website or app. The driver who delivered the customer’s most recent package will be notified of the “thank you.”

This program includes delivery drivers such as Delivery Service Partner (DSP) associates, Amazon Flex partners, and Hub Delivery Associates, recognizing their hard work and dedication. Customers can thank their drivers for deliveries made within the last 14 days.

Even without an Echo device, you can participate by using the Alexa app on your smartphone or typing “thank my driver” in the Amazon search bar. You can also participate on Amazon’s website here.  Share your appreciation and make a driver’s day a little brighter.
