- Fire Department Medical Truck Purchase The purchase of a new medical truck for the Fire Department will also be discussed. The proposed vehicle is a 2025 Ford F150 XL Crew Cab, outfitted for Basic Life Support, at a cost of $57,921.90.
- Lease Agreement with Greater Clover Chamber of Commerce A lease agreement between the Town and the Greater Clover Chamber of Commerce for the property at 118 Bethel Street will be reviewed. The lease will allow the Chamber to continue its operations on the property, with a lease term of five years and an annual fee of $1.
- Staff Reports The council will also review the latest staff reports, which cover a range of updates including the status of ongoing projects and planning initiatives.
