Two Fort Mill Schools take marching band championships over the weekend

Two Fort Mill schools took home Marching band titles over the weekend. Catawba Ridge took the 4A title and Nation Ford captured the 5A crown. They were one point ahead of Fort Mill. For the CopperHead Marching Pride, it now marks three out of the last four seasons they have won championships. For Nation Ford that’s now 10 titles out of the last 15 years. Per the Herald, schools from York Lancaster and Chester County have won 63 marching band titles since 1965.
