Rock Hill York County Airport to have open house celebrating over 65 years in flight

The Rock Hill York County Airport is celebrating 65 years of flight with a special open house event later this fall. The event is presented by ACES Flight school and will be a free family friendly gathering on October the 5th. There will be exhibits, a skydiving demonstration by Skydive Carolina, flyovers by a variety of unique aircraft, Rock Hill Cruisers Car show, food truck vendors, and more.In advance of the October 5 open house, the Rock Hill – York County Airport has unveiled a new logo featuring the UZA Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) code and elements conveying flight.
