Winthrop partners with Walk2Campus properties
A Winthrop University partnership with Walk2Campus Properties will offer select upperclassmen the chance to live in nearby CampusWalk apartments while still enjoying the benefits of on-campus living for the 2023-24 academic year. Winthrop has secured a minimum of 58 beds at CampusWalk to help the university manage a surge in requests for on-campus housing as fall enrollment at the Rock Hill campus ticks up.The furnished CampusWalk apartments include a full kitchen and living room. Residents will also have access to on-site parking, a pool, fitness room, and community laundry room. CampusWalk will manage the property itself and any facilities issues. Students will be expected to have an on-campus meal plan as is required for all residential students.
