Williams & Fudge in Rock Hill has acquired “RGS Financial” an accounts receivable management agency based in Richardson,Texas…David Williams, President/CEO of Williams & Fudge in says the acquisition of RGS further strengthens his company’s expertise in accounts receivable management outside of the education subsector.
