Nearly half a billion dollars of investment and more than 400 jobs could be approved tonight in an agreement at York County Council tonight. They are scheduled to vote on fee agreement with an unnamed company and property owner that has the code name of Project Tullamore. This deal would allow for the company to pay a fee rather than taxes for a period of set time. The county has to approve three readings, this being the second. Little details are known at this time however county documents say the project involves multiple companies set to establish or expand manufacturing in the area. It could include 443 million dollars of investment. The county in turn would assess the property at 4% of its total value for 40 years, with a 5 year rate. Again, this is up for second reading tonight and barring any special meetings, could be finalized and official by Feb 6th
