Who can’t resist a few puppies on a Friday? Check out these K-9 Bloodhounds in training at the York County Sheriff’s Office.

Seven Bloodhounds were put into service in March, training with the sheriff’s office K-9 team to track human scents and eventually be used in situations like looking for a missing person or searching for a suspect who has run into the woods, sheriff’s spokeswoman Kim Morehouse said.

Training for the dogs last several months and while some will remain in service in York County, others may be sent to law enforcement agencies across the state.
