David Williams named president of Rock Hill-based Williams & Fudge

Williams & Fudge, Inc., a Rock-Hill based collegiate accounts receivable management firm, has announced that David Williams has been named president of the company.

Williams’ promotion is effective December 28.

Former president Bob Perrin has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and Gary Williams will assume the duties of Chairman of the Board.

David Williams will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company, including sales, marketing, collections, customer service, and accounting.

Williams & Fudge serves more than 1,300 colleges and universities across the country and has over 380 employees at its corporate offices in Rock Hill’s Old Cotton Factory.

David is a 1994 graduate of Northwestern High School, a 1998 graduate of Presbyterian College, and has been with Williams & Fudge for 15 years. He and his wife Pam live in Rock Hill and have a daughter, Taylor, and two sons, Peyton and Coalson.

Williams serves as the chairman of the 2015 Come-See-Me Festival.
