HDC of Rock Hill Ribbon Cutting
A Monday morning ribbon cutting ceremony was held in downtown Rock Hill. The ribbon cutting was the culmination of a very ambitious goal set in 2022 by the Housing & Development Corporation of Rock Hill to create 6 permanently affordable rental units for individuals transitioning out of homelessness by the year 2026. Rock Hill Mayor John Gettys in his remarks stated that the rents would be around $800 per month. Corrine Sferranzza with the Housing & Development Corporation of Rock Hill stated that homelessness will not go away without us working on it.
