Rock Hill woman dies in single-car collision on Hollis Lakes Rd
Rock Hill Police have confirmed that one person has died in an afternoon wreck Thursday on Hollis Lakes Road.
Police spokesman Lt. Brad Redfearn said a Ford F-150 was traveling on Hollis Lakes Road from Ebenezer Road towards Heckle Blvd. when the driver crashed. She was ejected from the vehicle.
Redfearn said the woman, a white female in her early 30s, was pronounced at the scene.
York County Coroner Sabrina Gast has identified the victim as 32-year-old Stephany Harrison.
Redfearn said the wreck occurred at 3:07 p.m. in front of Grandview Memorial Park.
I had a wreck on Hollis Lakes Rd. across from the Memorial Park. My car turned over and over and over. I came out of it with a few broken ribs. THATS ALL. Of course, I know who was driving that car. And if you can’t guess; it was God. The only way I lived through it was the grace of God.
