A plane from the World War One era made an emergency landing this afternoon in Rural Chester County.

[media-credit name=”WSOC-TV” align=”alignright” width=”300″][/media-credit]Greg Suskin with our television partner Channel 9 Eyewitness News is reporting the pilot appears to have made the landing and then called for a ride, leaving the plane in a field off Highway 9 near Mount Arant Road in Richburg.

The pilot is OK . The plane itself is reportedly registered out of the Lancaster County Airport.
