Authorities have arrested a Rock Hill man after he reportedly held up a woman at a Cherry Road drugstore Friday.

The 21-year-old victim told officers she left her car running while she was at an outside DVD kiosk when a black man approached her and told her to give him her keys.

The woman told police she refused and the man grabbed her around the neck and forcibly snatched the keys, taking off with the car down Charlotte Avenue.

The car was recovered just a few minutes later on Fargo Street, and 30-year-old Lamarcus Trayon Williamson was arrested.

Williamson was booked Saturday morning at the Moss Justice Center and faces charges of grand larceny, strong armed robbery, assault and battery, and three narcotics charges.

Williamson remains in jail on 45-thousand dollars bond.
