Fort Mill schools win College Board honor

Fort Mill is one of two districts in South Carolina named to the AP District Honor Roll by the College Board.  More than 360 school districts nationwide and in Canada are on the AP Honor Roll. 

The distinction recognizes their success at increasing access to advanced placement courses while maintaining or increasing the percentage of students who earn scores of three or higher on the AP exam.

Most colleges give college credit for scores of three and above on the exam.

The Fort Mill school district’s two high schools offer ten A-P courses including statistics, physics and European history.
