Councilman Roddey Withdraws From Rock Hill Mayoral Race

In a late breaking Friday afternoon announcement from the candidate himself to York County Registration & Elections, Rock Hill Mayoral candidate William “Bump” Roddey has withdrawn his name as candidate for Rock Hill Mayor. Mr. Roddey continues to serve as a York County Councilman.
