Man has been arrested and charged that caused the deadly crash Tuesday

A man has been arrested and charged in causing the deadly four car crash that happened near Clover on Tuesday. Per records obtained by WBTV, 59 year old Walter Duncan is currently in jail on no bond and being charged with DUI resulting in death, as well as possession of marijuana, and driving under suspension. Officials did not say which car that Duncan was in regarding the incident. The crash occurred on Highway 557 near Bethel Church road. A sedan was hit from behind by a SUV and was pushed into oncoming traffic affecting another car to drive off the road. The person in the sedan who died still has not been identified.
