Clinton College names its new President

Clinton College has named a new president. Dr.Pamela Richardson Wilks has been named the 14th President. In a release by the college, they said she is a nationally respected leader in higher education with more than 25 years of experience, primarily with Historically Black Colleges and Universities. She currently serves as Provost and Executive Vice President at Paine College and has previously held senior administrative roles at Wilberforce University, Edward Waters University, and Coppin State University. She holds degerees from North Carolna A&T State University, and an PHD from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She takes the place of Dr.Lester McCorn who left Clinton to become President of Paine College back in October. Dr.Wilks starts officially June 1st.
