The suspect has been identified that was involved in a shooting from over the weekend in Chester County. Saturday, there were two separate shootings within minutes of each other in Great Falls. In the first incident, which was reported just before 7pm, it happened at a residence on McClinton Road, where a victim sustained injuries. Then about 30 minutes later, a second shooting was reported on Ridgeway road. A person was shot and died while another was taken to the hospital and still recovering from injuries. Chester County Sheriff’s deputies identified the shooter and suspect as 18-year-old Ronrico “Rico” Lamont McCullough Jr. After the shootings, he fled to Charlotte where he was then apprehended with help from Charlotte Mecklenberg Police. McCullough faces an active arrest warrant for attempted murder with more charges expected. It has since been revealed that the Chester County Sheriff’s Office is trying to extradite him where he will face the charges for what happened Saturday.
