Cat of the Week:

  • This gorgeous tabby is Salem! She looks like a linx!
  • Another with quite a story.
  • Salem came to the HSYC from York County Animal Control.
    • Where she was rescued her from a hoarding situation.
    • She lived in a neglectful home with many other pets.
    • She’s extremely sweet and uses her gorgeous looks to get even more attention.
  • Salem wants all of your love and can be handsy (in the best way possible).
  • She longs for a stable life with her new FURever people.
  • We estimate her to be 2 years old.
  • A positive of her situation is she gets along with other pet friends.
  • She is spayed, tested, micro chipped and vaccinated.
  • She is absolutely stunning and would make a wonderful addition to the right family.
  • If this beauty grabs your heart, please call to schedule your appointment to meet Salem – 803-802-0902.

Dogs of the Week:

SENIOR BONDED PAIR:

  • These beautiful bonded senior girls are Holly & Millie.
  • Due to circumstances out of their control, they were returned to the Rescue after having many years in a stable home.
  • We are ISO a person, couple or family that would consider taking the 2 of these sweet girls into their home and hearts.
  • Millie is the leader and that works perfect for sweet Holly since she relies on her sister for hearing!
    • They work together  as one.
  • We know it’s a big ask but once you meet these sweet girls, you’ll understand.
    • They long for love and want only to live out their senior years with their true FURever peeps.
  • What we’ve learned about this wonderful pair is …
    • They are good, sweet girls.
    • They had full access to their home and yard where they played and enjoyed life.
    • They play well together and look forward to their TRUe FURever home.
  • Holly is estimated to be 9 years and 8 months old; Millie is estimated to be 7 years and 11 months old.
  • Both of these beauties are spayed, vaccinated, micro chipped and tested.
  • If this story just breaks your heart, please call to make an appointment to meet these sweet girls @ 803-802-0902.
