Key Highlights:

  1. Opening Ceremony:
    • Councilmember Terry Graham led the Pledge of Allegiance for the last time, joined by his grandchildren, marking a heartfelt conclusion to his eight years of service.
    • Graham shared his personal journey from Northern Ireland to becoming a U.S. citizen and expressed gratitude for his time on the council.
  2. Citizens’ Comments:
    • John Baker raised concerns about overdevelopment in Lancaster County, particularly the extensive clearing of trees during construction, urging the council to consider stricter development regulations.
