OTS Picks Up 16 Awards At SCBA Star Awards Ceremony

The South Carolina Broadcast Association held their annual STAR Awards Saturday night and OTS brought home 16 awards the most of any station Palmetto Mornings picked up the STAR award for News Talk Show of the Year and Morning Show of the Year along with a runner up Merit Award for Radio Show of the year. Straight Talk with Manning Kimmel won it’s third Public Affairs Show of the Year! WRHI and Interstate 107 had a complete sweep in the Convergence Coverage, bringing home both the winner and runner up! Chris Miller was once again named Sportscaster of the Year and OTS Media picked up 7 awards in production categories also receiving the Service Award of the year and picked up the Award of Merit for Radio Station of the Year!
