3 Inmates Charged in Lancaster County Overdose Death

Deputies with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office requested SLED investigate after an apparent drug overdose of an inmate took place on March 3. As a result, three Lancaster County inmates have been charged in connection with an inmate overdose. Destiny Sierra Hinson was charged with distribution of fentanyl and Wynter Rose Hilburn and Stephanie Renee Clark were charged with possession of contraband – fentanyl. According to warrants, the victim was declared brain-dead two days later. All three women remain at the Lancaster County Detention Center.
