Local Fort Mill attorney announces he is seeking nomination to represent District 26 in State House

Fort Mill attorney David Martin has announced he’ll seek the Republican nomination to represent the District 26 seat in the State House of Representatives which is being vacated by Raye Felder…In his statement Martin says he’s a father and business owner who will work to bring conservative solutions to the issues facing our state.” He says, “I was born and raised in Fort Mill, I have a child in the Fort Mill School District and I launched my law firm here because I truly love our community.”..Martin thanked Representative Raye Felder for her ten-years of service representing our district, noting “she’s been a strong advocate for us in Columbia and her devotion to fighting for Fort Mill Schools is well-known.”..Martin said he will focus on finding solutions for the unprecedented growth in the district, work to bring home Fort Mill’s fair share of infrastructure funding, fighting for our law enforcement officers, and advocate for parental rights in our schools.
