York Tech opening a survey for a decision on a mascot

A new mascot is coming to York Tech. The college announced this week the launch of a college wide survey aimed at selecting a new mascot. The entire community of students, alumni, faculty and staff will all play a role in determining the identity and mascot. The options have been narrowed down to a Blue Wolf and a Griffin. The survey will be open from now until September 12th. Each survey option is complete with a backstory, mascot designs, and examples of the mascot on collateral, merchandise, etc. In a press release, they stated that it will change the York Tech identity forever with the choice of a mascot.
