RHSD announces new principals and placements within the district

The Rock Hill Schools’ Board of Trustees approved more administrative changes for when the upcoming school year begins.
Kate Edwards has been named Assistant Principal at Rock Hill High. She was previously at Fort Mill as assistant athletics director. Rawlinson Road Middle tabs Kia Frazier as its new principal. She has been an assistant Principal at Rock Hill the High the last 9 years. She has been in education for 24 years. Also being named principal was Dr.Jacqueline Persinski, she will take over at Sullivan. She was the assistant principal at Northwestern the last 5 years, however her career started at Sullivan 20 years ago.
