Rock Hill’s Rett Rutland Named IPTAY President-Elect
Rett Rutland has been voted as the President-Elect for the Clemson IPTAY Club. Rutland is a 1996 Clemson graduate. He most recently served as Secretary for IPTAY and will spend the next two years in the President-Elect role before taking over as President in 2025. He has been a member of IPTAY since his graduation and has served on the board since 2015. In addition, he was the York County IPTAY Club President from 2013-2015. He has served York County as a State Farm Agent since 2005 and currently operates an office on Oakland Avenue in Rock Hill and on Rosemont Drive in Fort Mill.
