3 Year Old Child Dies In Fort Mill Accident
A man has been arrested and a 3 year old child has died as the result of an early Friday morning accident in Fort Mill. 26 year Tyrique Boyce was driving a 2025 Chevrolet Camaro with an adult passenger and a three year old child passenger when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway at Munn Road near Fort Mill High School. Officers say the child did not survive the accident and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The driver and adult passenger were transported to an area hospital with injuries not life-threatening in nature. Investigators say alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor in the accident. Authorities say Boyce is at Moss Justice Center with several charges pending.
