College recruiter facing charges after exposing himself at a Rock Hill High School

A college recruiter from South Carolina is facing sex related criminal charges after he was arrested Tuesday by Rock Hill Police. Emanuel Trevon Jones, 25 is being charged with disseminating obscene material to a minor and solicitation of a minor. He obtained the victims contact info on November at a college fair at high school in Rock Hill. Jones then sent explicit photos to the student by text and later made a face time call exposing himself. Police were made aware after the victim told the school counselor. Police did not say what college Jones was representing as a recruiter. The charges are felonies under SC law with his current charges carrying up to 10 years in prison. Jones was on a 90,000 bond this week in municipal court.
