South Pointe Football Coach, Devonte Holloman, Stepping Down

South Pointe head football coach Devonte Holloman is resigning after 3 years at the helm of the program.  Holloman, who is 2009 graduate of the school, led the Stallions to the 2021 4A State Championship and 3 Region Titles during his time with the Stallions.  Prior to coming to South Pointe Holloman was head coach at Beaufort High School.  Holloman was an All-SEC performer at the University of South Carolina before being drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 2013.  At this point there has been no announcement as to where he will coach next.
