2 Rock Hill massage parlor employees charged with solicitation
York County drug agents shut down a massage parlor Thursday afternoon where employees are suspected of running a prostitution ring inside.
Officers raided the Latin Hands Spa at 2443-B N. Cherry Road around 2:45 p.m. after receiving several complaints of prostitution at the businesses and after revewing advertising on the website backpage.net, York County Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit commander Marvin Brown said.
Authorities found the spa had determined several different prices for sexual services, and believe the business had been operating for several months.
Officers seized cell phones, electronics and $500 in cash. Forensic lighting uncovered bodily fluids throughout the business, Brown said.
“It’s hard to have a house of prostitution without anyone calling about it,” he added, noting the size of Rock Hill made it difficult for an operation of that to continue without anyone noticing it.
Liliana Antonio, 43, of Columbia, known as “Lilly” and Aynsley Saunders, 35, were arrested and charged with Solicitation to Commit Prostitution.
