York County Republican Party Chairman Glenn McCall says  that both parties are on the same side in requesting that the 183 candidates thrown off the ballot after a Supreme Court decision last week be returned to the ballot.

McCall says he’s even willing to push back the June 12th primary date.  But what happens if nothing changes?

McCall says there would be more inefficiency and waste if some elected offices have no candidates because there would have to be a special election.

He says hopefully common sense will prevail.
