York Christian Chamber holds 2012 Leadercast

Hundreds gathered at Rock Hill’s First Baptist Church Friday for the nationally broadcast Chick-Fil-A Leadercast. The event featured live local speakers as well as presentations via satellite from NFL Quarterback Time Tebow, CNN’s Soledad O’Brien, among others. Barry Pruitt of the York Christian Chamber.

Pruitt says this year’s Leadercast had over 200 attendees — and much larger teams from individual companies.

Pruitt says that attendees at the day-long event learned how to balance their faith with business from not only national speakers, but local leaders as well.

Pruitt emphasizes the need for leaders in business to not leave their faith behind when closing the garage door heading to work on a Monday morning — and that Christian principles can lead to success both personally and professionally.
