Report: 2 arrested after police find couple fornicating in City Hall swings

Authorities arrested a Rock Hill couple Thursday after officers found them fornicating in a swing at City Hall in broad daylight.

A Rock Hill police report says officers were called to the swings adjacent to the library and found 20-year-old Danielle Dewberry of Meridian Drive and 39-year-old Amin Jenkins of South Spruce Street in the act.

The two were arrested for indecent exposure; Dewberry was also charged with possession of marijuana.
