Spring football is in the air, as college football teams across the state head
- The Gamecocks start spring practice tomorrow
back out to the practice fields to begin the 2012 campaign.
South Carolina starts their spring practice tomorrow afternoon and the Gamecocks enter spring camp with relative certainty at the quarterback position for the first time in several seasons. Junior quarterback Connor Shaw is entrenched as the number one starter behind center, but the Georgia native has not started an entire season at quarterback since arriving in Columbia.
Gamecocks quarterbacks coach G.A. Mangus talked with us about the excitement of fall camp and the progression of Connor Shaw.
