Police arrest man in 11-year-old case of lewd act on a minor
Authorities arrested a Rock Hill man more than 11 years after he allegedly violated young girl.
Robert Russell Snapp, who is now 54, faces charges of a lewd act on a minor after the victim, who was 11-years old at the time, told her mother that Snapp made her watch pornographic movies and made her make physical contact with him.
The mother initially reported the incident to the Department of Social Services and the man moved out of his Rock Hill home in April of 2001, and a warrant was issued for his arrest in October of 2001.
Snapp was arrested Monday.
