Ex-county councilman Blake to challenge incumbent Roddey
The man who lost his county council seat to Bump Roddey more than a year ago said he wants his seat back. 
63-year-old Roy Blake said Monday that he’ll challenge Roddey for the district 4 on the democratic party ticket.
Blake told the Rock Hill Herald that Roddey has not done enough in his last year and a half in representing Rock Hill’s older neighborhoods, citing potholes and water drainage issues.
Roddey fired back saying over Blake’s six years in office, District 4 was poorly represented.
