Charlotte based Senior Living Communities and Tega Cay City officials annnounced Monday a brand new, 130-bed senior center in York County.

The 130-thousand square foot facility will go by the name Well More and  is expected to be open by January 2014.

State Representavie Ralph Norman says the facility will also create 130 local jobs.

And on a state level, Norman says Monday’s announcement is also being heralded by Governor Haley.

Norman, who is a local developer, says to expect more business coming into the northern part of York County. Construction on the new facility is expected to start as early as this summer.
