Lindemann may head to prison early
Former York County Councilman Paul Lindemann could be heading to prison earlier than expected.
Lindemann was sentenced in December to 18 months in federal prison for mortgage application fraud, but a judge said he could postpone his sentence until April after the birth of his second child.
Tuesday morning, he was charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident after hitting a mailbox in Fort Mill’s Baxter Village.
A judge is set to hear arguments Friday morning over Lindemann’s immediate future.
