Man moons shoppers in Manchester Village

ROCK HILL — An unknown man reportedly mooned two people near the Fuel Pizza in Manchester Village Saturday afternoon.

Two people flagged down a Rock Hill police officer at the Galleria mall and said a man approached them, dropped his pants to the ground and exposed his rear end at them.

The victims said the man acted as if his pants fell down accidentally, but both said they were sure the man did it on purpose.

Nearby video surveillance was unable to capture the incident, but witnesses say the man was in his 30s wearing blue jeans and a plaid shirt, and hadn’t shaved his face in several days.
