Call center employee receives first-ever award for saving a customer’s life
ROCK HILL — Comporium Communications today handed out its first-ever Excellence Award to an operator who works at the company’s call center.
Comporium President and CEO Bryant Barnes says back in July, Barbara Busby took what seemed to be a normal cable TV repair call.
