Ex-Banker’s home for sale; price: 4.5M
(Charlotte, NC) It only costs four-point-five-million dollars to be a part of Charlotte banking history. Retired Bank of America Corporate Chief Executive Ken Lewis has put his SouthPark mansion up for sale. The 85-hundred square-foot, stucco-exterior home is located in the gated Morrocroft neighborhood and sits on one-point-27 acres of land. Lewis and his wife, Donna, are not moving out of Charlotte, they’re just relocating to another neighborhood according to a local attorney who represents the couple. Ken and Donna Lewis bought the Charlotte mansion in 2003 for one-point-seven-million dollars. They also own a home in Colorado and another in the North Carolina mountains.
